This Subscription Service Agreement is entered between individual users and the Sorvin operation team, governing all subscription-related services, purchase rules, member rights and service terms when you purchase paid subscription plans within the Sorvin iOS application. Before purchasing any paid subscription service, please carefully read and fully understand all clauses of this Agreement. Your completion of subscription payment and use of subscription-related member benefits means that you have voluntarily accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms stipulated in this Agreement. Sorvin is a no-account lightweight video creation app, and users can experience core video production functions without registering any personal accounts.
Sorvin provides optional paid auto-renewable subscription plans for users who need more in-app virtual currency. All subscription services are optional, and users can still use basic photo-to-video generation functions normally without purchasing any subscription packages. We do not force any users to activate paid subscriptions, and basic core creation functions remain accessible to all users for free.
We attach great importance to user privacy during all subscription payment and service use processes. The App will never collect any facial recognition information from users, and we will never transmit or share any user payment data, subscription records and personal usage data with any third-party AI service providers. All subscription payment processes are completed through the official Apple App Store payment channel independently, and we cannot obtain your complete bank card information, payment password and other sensitive payment details. All subscription behavior records are only stored locally on your iOS device and will not be uploaded to our remote server actively.
Once you successfully complete the payment and activate any valid Sorvin subscription plan, you will obtain exclusive member benefits as follows, and all benefit rules follow a unified and transparent standard:
It should be noted that this subscription service only provides preferential virtual Gold Coins and exclusive member experience rights. The core video generation logic and functional rules of the App will remain consistent for all users, and there will be no special functional privilege deviation for subscribed users beyond the above-listed benefits.
We provide multiple common subscription cycles for users to choose independently, including monthly subscription, quarterly subscription and annual subscription. The specific pricing and corresponding Gold Coins quota for each cycle will be displayed clearly on the official subscription purchase page inside the App before payment, and all prices are subject to the real-time price displayed on the Apple App Store payment page.
All subscription payments are completed through the Apple official payment system, so all refund applications shall comply with Apple App Store official refund rules. We do not have the authority to independently approve or reject any refund requests. If you need to apply for a refund for your subscription order, please submit a refund application directly via Apple ID order background. We will actively cooperate with Apple official audit work when receiving official verification notifications. Meanwhile, we will never collect your facial information during refund verification, and all your subscription and refund related data will never be shared with any third-party AI service providers.
In accordance with general virtual commodity service rules, after Gold Coins are issued to your account and partially used, we cannot initiate partial refunds for consumed virtual currencies. Unused virtual Gold Coins will still be reserved in your local App account after your current subscription expires, and will not be cleared automatically.
We have the right to revise and update this Subscription Service Agreement irregularly to adapt to App function iteration and Apple App Store policy updates. The updated agreement will be published on the App subscription page synchronously with the updated effective date marked. Your continued use of Sorvin subscription services after the update indicates your acceptance of the revised agreement clauses.
