This End User License Agreement is legally binding between you and the Sorvin operation team. This agreement governs all behaviors that you download, install, access and use the Sorvin iOS application, including all core video creation functions, in-app virtual currency usage, preview and export functions, and official social sharing functions. By downloading, installing or opening the Sorvin App, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all terms of this user agreement. If you disagree with any clause below, please stop using this App immediately and uninstall it from your iOS device. Notably, Sorvin requires no account registration, no phone number or email binding, and users can use all core functions directly after opening the App.
Sorvin is a lightweight one-click short video generation tool designed exclusively for iOS devices. Users can upload single local photos, add customized text descriptions, and the App will automatically complete full-process video production including intelligent editing, built-in transition effects and automatic subtitle synthesis. Meanwhile, the App supports real-time work preview, personalized parameter fine-tuning, local video export and one-click social platform sharing. All video computing and processing tasks run locally on user mobile devices, without relying on remote cloud servers for basic functional operations.
We always prioritize user privacy security throughout all service links. All user uploaded photos, edited text content and generated short video works are stored only on your local mobile device, and our server will never actively scan, access or back up any of your personal creation content. The App will never collect any facial recognition information from users actively or passively, and we will never share any user personal data, creation content and device usage records with any third-party AI service providers under any circumstances. This privacy protection rule runs through the whole cycle of your use of Sorvin, covering content uploading, video generation, local storage and content deletion behaviors.
All original photos uploaded by users, customized text content edited by users, and all short video works automatically generated by Sorvin belong to the exclusive intellectual property of the user. We do not obtain any ownership, usage right, reproduction right, distribution right or modification right of your personal creation works. We will never use your personal creation content for product iteration optimization, algorithm training, commercial promotion or other undisclosed purposes without your explicit authorization.
All user content is stored locally on your iOS device only, with no automatic cloud synchronization or server backup function built in the App. You have full independent control over all local content: you can delete any uploaded pictures, text drafts and finished video works at any time inside the App, and clear all local cache files with one click. Once deleted, the relevant content will be permanently erased from your device and cannot be recovered. Our background system will never retain any residual data of your deleted creation content. Except for the fixed privacy protection commitment mentioned above, we will not conduct any extra data collection behaviors during content storage and deletion.
Sorvin sets built-in Gold Coins as exclusive in-app virtual currency for normal use of video creation functions. Combined with our subscription service rules, we clarify relevant usage clauses as follows:
You agree not to conduct the following prohibited behaviors when using Sorvin services. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of all App functions permanently without prior notice if you violate any of the following clauses:
Sorvin only provides official built-in social sharing functions. When you actively choose to share generated videos to third-party social platforms, the content transmission is completed by the official iOS system sharing framework, and we will not obtain any sharing logs or third-party platform user information. We do not cooperate with any third-party AI algorithm providers, third-party video processing platforms or third-party data service providers in all App functional links. We will never proactively collect user facial information in any service scenario, and all user private data will never be disclosed or transmitted to any third-party AI service providers.
Sorvin only applies for two necessary minimal system permissions to realize core functions, and never applies for redundant sensitive permissions that involve user privacy:
The App never requests camera permission, microphone permission, location permission, contact list permission and other sensitive permissions, so there is no way to actively capture user facial data or other sensitive personal information.
We reserve the right to revise and update this user agreement irregularly to adapt to Apple App Store policy adjustments and App function iteration. Once the agreement is updated, the latest version will be displayed on the App startup page or settings page, with the updated effective date marked. Your continued use of Sorvin after the agreement update means that you accept all revised clauses of the new agreement.
